Delivery & return policy

• What is your delivery policy?

  Minimum order must be €150,-. Once you have paid your order we normally* deliver within 2/5 working days. *when goods are available!

• Can I return an item or get a refund?

  All returns/complaints must be communicated previously by mail info@otracosa.eu , we will find a satisfactory solution asp!

  Please go to My Account and click Lost your password?. Enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

• How can I order at your webshop?

  Resellers can request a logincode for our webshop. Please fill in the registerform.

• Where do I register

  Resellers can fill in our registerform for a login.

Shipping

• What are the shipping costs within the EU?

  We charge for all EU deliveries & packing orders € 15.- with a max. weight per box of 10 kg. More than one box? Multiply number of boxes with deliveries & packing amount.

• What are the shipping costs for the Netherlands

  We charge € 7,50 for Dutch deliveries & packing  for orders under €300.- ex vat.  

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we ship internationally. All orders from outside the EU will be considered internationally and communicate individually!
